“Designed to better surface relevant, satisfying content for searchers from all types of sites.” = we’ve seen some very poor results being returned, its still early days but some of the sites we see ranking for ‘luxury’ aren’t luxury at all. 🙄 - good summary, cheers 👍

The standard Google response is getting a little tired now, content written by people for people... write good quality content etc. I've never known such frustration with Google in terms of what they're returning in the SERPs - AI or other 😬

100%, not sure about you, but finding things way more interesting now with AI search/feeds/GPT, etc - actually new stuff vs what you are saying with Google - more or less since EAT was officially established. 2018/2019 - nothing's changed really and you get same generic updates/ nothing really to go off of

It's definitely a disruptive time to be in SEO, but most of us will adapt. It's the largest mindshift I've experienced in 15 years - way worse than featured snippets. I feel like at this point, not even Google knows why and what ranks - the algo's runaway.
